Seasonal lychee treats at Patisserie

Just in time for summer, Pastry Chef Anthony Qin at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin introduces four seasonal lychee treats at Patisserie throughout July and August that will delight guests with their honeyed, floral flavour and ambrosial fragrance. 

Lychee and Strawberry Cake          HK$230 per pound
A dome-shaped cake with lychee mousse as outer-layer, raspberry and lychee jelly in the middle, and chiffon cheesecake at the heart. Together with the sweet lychee puree and jasmine-flavoured dacquoise at the bottom, this interesting combination offers a complex sensation to the palate.

Lychee Ispahan          HK$230 each
An elegant French pastry with almond-based macaroon, light and airy lychee-flavoured custard, raspberry and lychee jelly, and fresh raspberries.

Lychee Dacquoise          HK$180 each
A flavourful French dessert with delicious pistachio dacquoise, sweet lychee puree, and fresh whole lychees with a lychee-flavoured jelly filling.

Lychee Compote          HK$68 per bottle
Luscious chilled lychee in vanilla syrup is the perfect summer sweet treat.
