Established in 1993, New World Department Store China Limited ("NWDS"; Hong Kong stock code: 00825) is the retail flagship of the Group in Mainland China and is also one of the largest owners and operators of department stores in Mainland China.

As at 30 June 2026, NWDS operated two major commercial brands, namely “New World” and “Ba Li Chun Tian”, with a total of 21 stores in the Chinese Mainland, covering a total gross floor area of about 890,000 square metres, covering 11 key cities in Chinese Mainland, including Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Nanjing, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Yantai, Shenyang, Changsha, Chongqing and Mianyang.
