Summer relishing ice cream at Tiffin

This summer, Tiffin at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong will be offering a wide selection of homemade ice cream desserts from 18 July to 21 August during the lunch, afternoon tea and dinner buffets.

Seasonal fruits and different ingredients are combined together to create more than 20 flavours. Popular ice cream flavours are Pistachio and Praline; Pinacolada and Pandan and Cherry Cheesecake. Fruity sherbets include Passion Fruit and Plum Wine; Mango and Maracuja; Lychee and Lime and Blueberry and Bacardi.

The new additions on the list are Thai Tea ice cream, Yuzu Yogurt ice cream, Coconut Congee ice cream and Lemongrass and Lime sherbet.

Creative dessert items are also available such as Assorted Lollipops; Sponge Roll with Hazelnut Ice Cream and Pistachio Pancake.

Guests may create their own ice cream desserts with homemade cones and a great variety of condiments such as cherry compote, fresh berries, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and toast almonds.

The dessert items will rotate on the menu.

Tiffin's signature items include Grand Hyatt Duck Liver Pate, Home Smoked Salmon with Condiments and seafood on ice will also be available. The popular Thai dishes by Chef Mum will be on the menu during lunch and dinner buffets.
