Shenyang New World Garden Riverridge Heights score high with 70% sold

Shenyang New World Garden Riverridge Heights, the latest residential phase of the large scale luxurious community project developed by New World China Land Limited in the provincial capital of Liaoling, has achieved a 70% sales rate since soft launched by the end of last year. 

The approximately 700 units being sold amount to about 100,000 sq.m., representing a total consideration of about RMB 500 million. According to the latest figures released by the local municipal real estate bureau, Riverridge Heights has secured both first place in terms of highest area being sold and highest sales revenue from a single property project during the period. 

Riverridge Heights occupy a site area of about 50,000 sq.m., the 14 blocks of 20 to 24 stories apartment buildings provide a total of about 170,000 sq.m. of residential space and underground carparks. Located closer to the edge of the city's only waterway Hun River, most of the highrise apartments enjoy a full southern view of the river and the municipal parkland. 

A seamless merge of local design considerations and modern highrise building style of Hong Kong, Riverridge Heights has managed to strict a balance in terms of overall dynamic in site layout and living aesthetic. The accommodation of the apartments ranges from two bedrooms 98 sq.m. up to top floor 480 sq.m. duplex with six bedrooms. 

Shenyang New World Garden is the largest comprehensive community development project by New World China Land in northeastern China. The mixed-use development has a total GFA of about three million sq.m. including the landmark Shenyang New World International Convention and Exhibition Centre, which has been scheduled to commence construction during the second half of the year.
