Seasonal crab specialities at One Harbour Road

Executive Chinese Chef Li Shu Tim introduces an array of seasonal crab dishes on the menu at One Harbour Road from 3 to 31 October 2011.

Featuring seasonal hairy crab, green crab, red crab and coral crab, the menu combines dishes prepared using methods including stir-frying, wok-frying, steaming, braising and baking, to bring out the essence of the crabs.

Hairy crab dishes on the menu include Steamed Fresh Hairy CrabSteamed Fresh Crab Meat and Pork Dumpling "Shanghai" StyleBraised Hearts of "Tian Jin" Cabbage with Crab Coral and Braised Fresh Crab Meat with Beancurd and Preserved Chilli Cabbage in Stone Nest.

Other highlights are Cold Red Crab Chiu Chow Style on IceStir-Fried Fresh Crab Meat with Egg White and GingerWok-Baked Fresh Coral Crab with Curry and Coconut SauceSteamed Egg White with Fresh Crab Meat and Wolfberry Seeds; and many more.

Chef Tim has been with One Harbour Road for 20 years. According to Chef Tim, the restaurant's cuisine is home-style Cantonese, "No foreign influences, no nouvelle nuances - just traditional dishes lovingly prepared and graciously presented."

The crab promotion menu is available for lunch and dinner. One Harbour Road is located on the eighth floor of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.
