NWS Holdings Garnered Dual Human Resources Awards
NWS Holdings Limited ("NWS Holdings" or the "Group"; Hong Kong stock code: 659) has recently garnered the "Best Work Life Balance Practices" in the HRM Awards 2010 Hong Kong and the Best Practice Awards 2010 in the "Best Practice in Mentoring Program Development" category, recognizing the Group's human resources management strategy in valuing and caring staff.
NWS Holdings is dedicated to investing in creating a work life balance environment as the Group's management believes that staff's achieving a healthy work life balance is essential to enhance employees' productivity and thus customer satisfaction. In the past year, the Group carried out various initiatives and activities including dress down policy, monthly birthday party, NWS Fun Day, hiking, photography classes, Corporate Outing, and competitions for volleyball, football and basketball, which allow staff to relax themselves after work.
