New World China Land organizes the Second National Staff Sports Day
New World China Land Limited ("NWCL") organized the Second National Staff Sports Day in Beijing, with the slogan of "Beyond the Peak to Innovate the World". Mr Chen Guanzhan, Gary, General Manager of New World Development Company Limited ("NWD", HK stock code: 17) attended the opening ceremony together with, NWCL senior management and nearly 1,000 employees fromdifferent regions across the country.
The three-day National Sports Day was held from 14 October to 16 October. 35 sports activities including regular sports events like track and field, tennis, badminton, table tennis, swimming, and tug-of-war, etc, and interesting games like 30-metre kangaroo jump, 30-metre11-legged race, and 30-metre relay race, etc. Besides, the grand opening ceremony, large-scale group performance, and the Award Presentation Ceremony of National Outstanding Volunteers of New World Volunteer Team were also held during the Staff Sports Day. A charity sales event was also organized, raising more than RMB 30,000 for the "LeChuangYi" fair-trade development centre which aidsthe craftsmen of the minority group in the impoverished mountainous regions, demonstrating the enthusiastic support from both NWCL and its staff members to the community activities.
NWCL has been leading an active and healthy new city life and driving the motivation of its employees. As the largest staff sports day of real estate enterprises in Mainland China, the NWCL National Staff Sports Day, held once every two years, will continue to demonstrate the NWCL spirit, promote the unity and cooperation among employees, and provide a diversified platform for the communication among regional teams. What's more, the Sports Day will motivate employees' innovation and aggressiveness, contributing to the outstanding and stable development of NWCL in the industry.
