Changsha La Ville New World (PhaseⅡ)'s having been Sold out on the Opening Day

On the New Year's day, Changsha La Ville New World (PhaseⅡ), the first real estate project in Changsha of Hunan province invested and developed by New World China Land Limited ("New World China Land" or "This Group"; Hong Kong stock code: 917) opened grandly, and the houses were all sold out just on the opening day. 

During this opening activity for Changsha La Ville New World (PhaseⅡ), 318 apartments of two buildings were launched for the first time, which were mainly composed of two to four bedroom apartments with 90 to 160 square meters, averagely priced at 5,900 yuan per square meter. On the opening day, more than 400 customers were attracted to the scene for subscription; as a result, all the apartments were sold out just in four hours. 

Changsha La Ville New World with 1.2 million square meters belonging to mature and grand project developed and constructed in Changsha by New World China Land, is located at the intersection of East Laodong Road and East Second Ring Road in Changsha city, which is viewed as a prime site because it is a junction of Dongtang commercial district and Wuguang New Town as well as the core port of Metro Line 2 and Changzhutan Intercity Railway, including a commercial plaza of 40,000 square meters, a luxury Hong Kong-style clubhouse of 5,000 square meters and a renowned Shazitang Primary School on which 1.5 billion is invested. It will be built into a high-quality residential area integrating business, leisure and education, which is estimated to accommodate 11,000 homes. Changsha La Ville New World (PhaseⅡ) with the total construction area of 104,000 square meters provides 895 apartments, which is expected to achieve the first occupancy in 2012. 

Changsha La Ville New World was awarded the prize of "2010 Top Ten Best Buy Real Estates" in the overall rating for real estate, which was co-sponsored by Changsha Municipal Bureau of Urban and Rural Planning, Changsha City Planning Association and Changsha Evening News in December 2010. In mid-January of 2011, the project will continue to launch the additional 128 fine apartments of 130-160 square meters with water landscape.
