Patisserie at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is pleased to introduce "Celebration Delights", so that guests can celebrate memorable occasions with homemade cakes and delicate Blooms and Blossoms floral arrangements.
Choose from three mouth-watering cakes made according to our Pastry Chef Kelvin Lai's own recipes, and match with three exquisite floral arrangement carefully put together by Blooms and Blossoms.

Chocolate Crunch Cake
Combining velvety soft chocolate mousse made using dark chocolate with a crunchy base, this cake is moderately moist and incredibly scrumptious.
Strawberry Shortcake
Madagascarvanilla bean-scented cake enveloped in light, airy Chantilly cream with fresh strawberries in between, giving it a divine look and a refreshing taste.
Mango Cream Cake
Combining mango sponge, creamy mango mousse and fresh mango, this cake allows a visual luxury and a burst of gustatory joy - a must try for mango fans!
Apart from the three recommended cakes, guests can choose from other cakes of the same value that are available at Patisserie at the time of orders. The above prices are valid for one-pound cakes. Special sizes are available on request with additional charges.
Patisserie is open daily from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
