The prestigious accolade is a testament to the Group’s remarkable performance in employee engagement, talent acquisition and development, as well as workplace practices.
The Group recognises the importance of maintaining a work-life balance by introducing various family-friendly measures which include the Inventing Your Future Education Sponsorship Scheme for employees’ children, family care leave, flexible working hours and parenting seminars.
