New World MSF Charity Sale - Bringing joy and love to the vulnerable population
New World Development Company Limited ("the Group", Hong Kong stock code: 0017) always cares for the needy and is desirous to bring joy and love to the vulnerable population around the world in the coming season of Christmas and New Year.
The three hotels under the Group, namely Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel and Renaissance Kowloon Hotel give full support to the meaningful initiatives of Medecins Sans Frontieres ("MSF") and are holding New World MSF Charity Sale from 6 December 2006 to 15 January 2007, during which a set of four keychain dolls of MSF will be on sale at the lobby shops of the hotels. The dolls include a doctor, a surgeon, a nurse, and a logistician, all representing the work of MSF's volunteer workers in the fields. Customers who donate HK$50 at the shops will receive one of the dolls; HK$100 for two and so on. All donations will contribute to MSF's international medical humanitarian work to provide emergency medical assistance to victims of natural disasters, wars, and epidemics.
