New World Group Shows Appreciation to Female Colleagues
New World Development Company Limited ("New World Group"; Stock Code: 17.HK) joins hands with its subsidiaries New World China Land Limited, NWS Holdings Limited, New World First Bus Services Limited and Citybus Limited to distribute red dates tea bags and "Caring Tips for Women" to staff members on International Women's Day.
As a token of appreciation to its female staff for their contribution to both family and society, Gary Chen, Executive Director and Joint General Manager of the Group, held a tea gathering for female colleagues, allowing them to take a short break from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives. The Group also encourages its male colleagues to bring the gifts home to foster a harmonious family life.
This is the second year in a row that New World Group supports the "ChariTea" programme organised by the Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association. Under the programme, red dates tea bags are distributed on International Women's Day to public, encouraging society, corporations and women to extend their love to community, staff members and themselves respectively.
