New World Central Park-view was voted "Most Satisfied Luxurious Residential Community of Guangzhou"
New World Central Park-view, the flagship high-end residential development of New World China Land in Guangzhou's uprising Pearl River New Town, was voted the "Most Satisfied Luxurious Residential Community of Guangzhou" last week by a poll organized by the Guangdong Provincial Research Centre.
New World Central Park-view has managed to get a satisfactory mark of 89.4, the highest score amongst the 20 contesting residential projects.
The poll had gathered 3,000 home owners to vote on 20 residential projects in terms of their transportation, environment, facilities, design, building quality, layout, property management, services and developer brand. In addition, 100 owners from each project were also chosen randomly to cast their vote of satisfation level of the development they have chosen and lived.
