Jinan Sunshine Garden Phase III generates over RMB 100 million sales proceeds on first day of launch
Jinan Sunshine Garden Phase III developed by New World China Land Limited ("NWCL"; HK stock code: 917) in Jinan of Shandong Province was formally open to sales on 17 June, two buildings totalling 392 finely furnished units ranging from 60 to 120 sq m were offered at an average selling price of RMB 9,900 per sq m. On the opening day, over 100 groups of customers were attracted to visit the site and 142 units were sold, generating RMB 133 million sales proceeds on first day of launch.
With the gross floor area of about 580,000 sq m, Jinan Sunshine Garden is located at the center of the old downtown Huaiyin District of Jinan. The project is divided into eastern district and western district, and is developed in three phases. Various building forms including high-rise, medium high-rise and multi-storey buildings were constructed. Premises in western district and eastern district I have been sold out, and the units launched this time are the brand new housing units located in eastern district II, with a total gross floor area at 136,000 sq m and the plot ratio at 1.99. While the landscaping rate is 38%, and distance between buildings is 80m wide at most, the entire project adopts a neoclassic architectural style which helps establish a harmony in the community and becomes a real sunny garden of the city center.
