Chengdu New World Riverside achieves RMB 100 million new unit sales
Chengdu New World Riverside "Elegance Mansion", the first batch of finely-decorated units developed by New World China Land Limited ("NWCL"), was grandly offered for sale on 24 March 2012. Two buildings of over 200 finely-decorated units, ranging from 90 sq m to 135 sq m, either with double or triple bedrooms, were launched on that day. Hundreds of prestigious clients visited the show flats and a total of 140 units were sold at an average selling price of RMB 6,818 per sq m, generating over RMB 100 million sales proceeds on first day of launch.
