Changsha La Ville New World Phase II in Yuhua District of Changsha City developed by New World China Land Limited ("NWCL") is opened for sale. Two buildings totaling 314 competitive housing units are presented, with the flagship housing layout of one-room and four-room units ranging from 40 sq m to 160 sq m. As the project once honored with "Top 10 Housing Enterprises" in the category of Sales and "Sales Championship of Changsha Yuhua District" in the first half of 2011, Changsha La Ville New World Phase II gained great popularity this time.
