Beyond Lion Rock, Establishing New Territory, Hyatt opens Hong Kong’s first globally-branded hotel in Sha Tin

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts announced today the opening of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin. The hotel is the first international branded hotel in Sha Tin and features 567 well appointed guestrooms with spectacular Tolo harbour view; restaurants and meeting space; extensive spa and resort facilities surrounded by the scenery of Hong Kong countryside.

Adjacent to the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and conveniently located at University MTR Station, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is built by New World Development Company Limited. and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The hotel is managed by Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is one of three Hyatts in Hong Kong, alongside the award winning Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in Wan Chai and Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, opening in Summer 2009.
