Anshan New World Garden Phase I “Junyi Huating” grandly opened
New World Garden Phase I "Junyi Huating", the first comprehensive property project invested and developed by New World China Land Limited ("New World China Land" or "the Group"; HK stock code: 917) in Anshan City of Liaoning Province, grandly opened in on May 20, with the live-action demonstration unit and landscape demonstration area being open at the same time to house buyers.
The opening of Anshan New World • Junyi Huating presented a total of 700 plus competitive houses for sales, with the flagship house types being 82-230 sq m 2-room and 4-room products facing south. With selling price averaging RMB 5,300/sq m, it attracted more than 500 customers to subscribe on site on that opening day.
Mr. Liu Songcan, New World China Land Shenyang Region Director and Director and General Manager of New World (Anshan) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., noted in the opening address, "Anshan New World Garden is the first comprehensive property project invested and developed in 2008 by New World China Land, the flagship of Hong Kong New World Group for property development on the Chinese Mainland; the company will continue to increase investment and take an imitative to contribute to Anshan's urban construction, and improve living quality of Anshan people in an all-round manner with best-of-class products."
Located in the eastern area of Anshan High & New Technology Industry Development Zone and being surrounded by picturesque natural scenes, Anshan New World Garden covers a total area of 477,000 sq m. New World • Junyi Huating, Phase I of Anshan New World Garden, is located in the southeast side of Anshan New World Garden, and covers an area of about 80,000 sq m. Now the project has taken shape, and is estimated to be completed in late 2010.
