Role & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the whole ordering process of office supplies and equipment, and related maintenance services as well, from getting user requirements to settling the payment
  • Accountable for the whole fixed assets management process from maintaining database to preparing relevant managerial reports
  • Assists in contract management process including maintenance of database, liaising with vendors/contractors to get up-to-date proposal, communicating with relevant internal stakeholders and central filing
  • Assists in updating the central procurement and fixed assets management related policies, guidelines and brand book
  • Liaises and works closely with functional departments and assists in e-platform transformation and implementation
  • Prepares various periodical reports and analysis
  • Provide full spectrum of clerical and coordination support to the immediate supervisor and participate in special project, and ad-hoc duties



  • Diploma holder or above in Facility Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience in sizeable companies
  • Self-motivated, innovative, pleasant, good time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
