Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support all-rounded HR functions, includes but not limited to staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, etc
  • Involve in HR projects, assist in policies or procedures review and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Closely work with the business partners to provide professional HR service
  • Assist in any ad hoc project assigned by superior

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably gained in sizable corporation
  • Solid experience in employee relation, staffing and HR projects, etc
  • Familiar with the employment ordinance and other related legal regulations
  • Tactful and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
  • Mature, flexible, committed, detail-minded and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Immediate available will be preferred
