Role & Responsibilities:

  • To assist in planning, implementation, and execution of sales plan
  • Strong ability to acquire and penetrate HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) through strategic sales approach
  • To manage and maintain strategic synergy with corporate partners at the executive levels and across organizations
  • To research, identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Implementation of sound sales management practices and follow up processes to identify opportunity for corporate sales campaigns, products and distribution channels
  • To prepare regular sales activities report and be actively involved in the preparation of the business plan



  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration/ Hotel/ Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 7 years’ experience including 2 years managerial experience in client development or consultative sales role from relevant industries.
  • Experience in establishing working relationships with senior executives and other leaders of organizations
  • Experiences in dealing with HWNIs (high net worth individuals) preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Highly motivated and independent achiever, with outstanding communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Admissions Development & Partnership
