Assistant Manager - Corporate and Talent Development

Role & Responsibilities :  

  • To assist in identifying training needs to develop training curriculum for corporate training particularly talent grooming programs
  • To design and deliver training programs and to align with the corporate development for reviewing its effectiveness
  • To design and prepare for internal training newsletter and program promotion
  • To work with other business units for the synergy of training resources and assist in preparing and monitoring the training budget
  • To participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements : 

  • Degree holder in Business related discipline or equivalent; preferably in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Behaviour or Psychology
  • Formal qualification in Train-The-Trainer and Trainer Certificate granted by recognized education / learning institutes will be a definite advantage
  • Minimum 7 years’ of training experience including program development and execution with at least 3 years in supervisor role. Solid experience in corporate training and talent grooming is a must and experience in managerial training will be a credit;
  • Excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A great presenter and be able to work independently
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Travel to PRC is required
