Under the two-year training programme, MTs would undergo comprehensive training which helps them understand the Group's business and management culture and equip them with the skills for advancing to managerial positions.

Skill-set Training

Training to be offered include courses on personal development and leadership and management skills as well as job-relevant technical training, etc.

Corporate Events

MTs are given the opportunities to organise and participate in various corporate events such as Annual Management Forum, Group Result Announcement Conference, Group Fun Day, Group Annual Dinner, etc.
