New World Development Company Limited is a leading Hong Kong-based conglomerate. Established in 1970, the company has been listed in Hong Kong since 1972. After 40 years of operations, the Group has expanded from its original property business to include four core businesses, including property, infrastructure, service and department store in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. The Group is also involved in direct investment and a number of other businesses.

To cope with the Group's extensive development and fulfill our mission of nurturing young talents for the society, we are now looking for a pool of energetic, innovative and pro-active graduates to join our Group Management Trainee (MT) Programme. This programme targets to groom a team of future leaders of high-calibre for the succession of the Group.

This is a 2-year intensive and comprehensive training programme. MTs will be provided with plentiful learning opportunities to gain all-rounded and diversified business exposure.

The exact training programme content for individual MT will be tailor-made according to his/ her academic background, interests and strengths, subject to the business needs and operation schedules of different subsidiaries of the Group.

Upon successful completion of the 2-year programme, MTs will be placed to selected companies of the Group, taking into consideration of their professional knowledge, competence, career aspiration, as well as the manpower planning of the Group. Ample development opportunities and further advancement to managerial positions are available for potential MTs with outstanding performances and capabilities to move along their career ladder. We also expect graduated MTs to be capable of facing challenges from short or long-term job assignments involving a variety of disciplines and locations, including Mainland China.

Recent graduates (including those from Mainland China or Overseas) possessing the following qualities are welcome to apply:

Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Business Administration/ Economics/ Accounting/ Architectural Studies/ Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Property Management/ Law/ Communication, or other related disciplines
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Outgoing, pro-active and innovative
A fast learner and good team-player
