The programme
With
a centralized recruitment
process, we will
select the most suitable
candidates for the
various business
streams. Successful
candidates of the
MOTP will
be employed by New World Development Company Limited and will be assigned
to our group companies
during the programme
period of 2 years. In
the programme, the MOs
are provided with various
learning opportunities
to gain all-round exposure.
Extensive orientation
program is arranged to
facilitate their thorough
comprehension of the
business scope via cross-departmental
attachment training.

programme can be
tailor made for MOs in specific
discipline if it
fits a particular
function within the
group. This will
be subject to the
decision of the company while the interests
and potential of
the MOs
will also be taken
into consideration.
Throughout the programme, Managers of units and human resources will provide
MOs with guidance and coaching,
facilitating their
learning and help them
develop their full potential.

these junior executives

Programme Requirements
We
are looking for high-caliber
recent graduates
from Hong Kong
and
overseas universities
who possess the following
qualities:
- Bachelor
degree preferably
in Accounting /
Finance / Marketing
/ Surveying / Architectural
Studies /
Engineering or general
business subjects
- Proficient
in both spoken
and written
English and Chinese,
ability to speak
Mandarin is an
advantage
- Good
communication,
interpersonal and
analytical skills
- Outgoing
personality and
ability to learn
fast
- High
initiative
Short-listed candidates will be invited to attend a written test and various
assessment processes.
Written tests include
English language
and Chinese language
assessment.
