Founded in 1993, New World Department Store China Limited ("NWDS" ; Hong Kong stock code:825) operates 32 department stores with a total GFA of over 962,000 sq m in Hong Kong and in 17 cities in Mainland China such as Wuhan, Shenyang, Wuxi, Harbin, Tianjin, Ningbo, Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Kunming and Lanzhou. This department store operation is a complementary business to the Group's shopping facilities in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
