Park Signature and The Austin were the merit winners in the Hong Kong Residential (Multiple Buildings) category, while the serviced apartment Eight Kwai Fong won the merit award in the Hong Kong Residential (Single Buildings) category. The awards are a testament that ultimately motivates craftsmanship in the details for building a living space beyond mere design and aesthetics. The Quality Building Awards, a biennial event, is jointly organised by nine building and construction related professional organisations in Hong Kong, including the Hong Kong Construction Association, the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, the Hong Kong Chapter of International Facility Management Association, and the Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong. It provides public recognition to buildings of outstanding quality that have demonstrated excellent teamwork.
